We are now looking for a driven individual to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a vital role in expanding our landlord network. You will be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, helping property owners understand the benefits of listing their units on our platform, and contributing to our overall success in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential landlords across Germany through email and phone outreach to grow our portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact and consultation to the successful onboarding of new property listings.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine acquisition strategies and optimize internal processes to ensure we meet our performance targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in business development, sales, or account management. We value candidates who are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing their daily activities to meet specific KPIs. While prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus, it is not required. You must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have a proactive mindset toward process improvement. Proficiency in both German and English is essential for this position.

Location

This role is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between remote work and time spent in our office.
