Since our founding in 2019, UP42 has been on a mission to change how the world accesses and analyzes Earth observation data. We provide a unified platform that connects users with leading geospatial providers, enabling them to process data at scale for everything from disaster response to infrastructure monitoring. As a member of the Neo Space Group since July 2025, we continue to grow our impact. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for North America to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States, and you will play a vital part in helping our clients navigate complex digital transformations using our unique geospatial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from conducting initial discovery calls to closing expansion deals within your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by applying structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC to ensure accurate forecasting and transparent deal progression.
- Translate our technical product capabilities into clear business outcomes, acting as the primary commercial point of contact while working closely with our product and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS, data, or technical infrastructure sectors.
- A strong background in the geospatial or remote sensing market, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven success in managing a sales pipeline independently and a disciplined approach to CRM management.
- An ability to focus on selling value and business outcomes rather than just product features.
- Proficiency in English is required for this role.
