The opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Revenue Team. This is a foundational role where you will help us identify and capture new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, learning our proven sales processes, and refining your own prospecting techniques. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to launch a career in enterprise-level SaaS sales and wants to work closely with senior executives to solve their business challenges.
A day in the life
- You will collaborate with your teammates to map out key accounts and identify the best prospects to target.
- You will manage the top of our sales funnel by executing outreach strategies and engaging with senior leaders to understand their unique needs.
- You will research and profile accounts to support our mid-funnel sales efforts, ensuring we are always growing our reach.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with a strong desire to succeed in the SaaS industry. We value candidates who possess excellent communication skills and can explain complex concepts in a simple, compelling way. Ideally, you have about one year of experience in a sales development role, though we are open to those with a strong aptitude for sales. You should be comfortable working in a competitive, fast-paced environment and have a solid grasp of English. Proficiency in Salesforce is a significant plus, and because we operate on a hybrid model, you should be based in or near Boston and ready to spend three days a week in our office.
