You will join Poka, the company behind a digital platform that helps frontline factory teams learn, solve problems, and work together more effectively. Trusted by manufacturers such as Nestlé, Bosch, Kraft, and Danone, Poka replaces paper-based processes with tablets and real-time collaboration tools, supporting the shift toward Industry 4.0.
What you'll be doing
- Identify high-value prospects and build targeted lead lists so Account Executives receive a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
- Convert inbound marketing leads into sales-qualified leads through prompt follow-up, discovery calls, and structured sequences.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach, qualify opportunities during calls and meetings, document activity in our CRM, and coordinate smooth hand-offs to the sales team.
What you'll bring
- At least one year of sales-development experience in a B2B setting, ideally within software.
- Proficiency in both English and German, plus previous work experience in DACH markets.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6Sense, or DemandBase.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, a continuous-learning mindset, accountability for results, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Resourcefulness in solving day-to-day prospecting challenges.
