We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our Demand Generation and Marketing team as a Sales Development Representative. What you bring
As a mid-level Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our expansion by identifying new opportunities and managing customer outreach. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in driving our pipeline and ensuring that our solutions reach the right audiences through strategic engagement. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Executing multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, and social selling techniques to secure new appointments.
- Managing and qualifying leads by leveraging our CRM systems and research tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Partnering with industry sellers to align on account strategies and ensure a seamless transition for prospective clients.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and bring at least three years of professional experience in sales or business development. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of lead generation, cold calling, and the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly. You must be comfortable working within CRM platforms and marketing tools such as Pardot. We value candidates who are persistent, goal-oriented, and capable of navigating ambiguous environments with a positive, growth-focused mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential for your success in this role.
