Sales Development Representative at Poka EN

You will join Poka, a platform that brings the spirit of social media and video sharing into manufacturing plants so frontline teams can learn, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement together. What you'll be doing

• Identify high-value prospects across the DACH region and build targeted lead lists that feed a healthy pipeline for our Account Executives.
• Convert inbound marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads through prompt, multi-channel outreach and well-structured discovery calls.
• Conduct proactive outbound sequences, qualify opportunities during calls and meetings, log every activity in SFDC and Outreach, and hand off ready meetings to the sales team.

What you'll bring

• At least one year of sales-development experience in a B2B setting, ideally within software or technology.
• Fluency in both English and German, plus prior work experience in DACH markets.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern sales tools such as SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6Sense, or DemandBase.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills that let you balance daily activity goals with long-term pipeline health.
• A continuous-learning mindset, accountability for hitting monthly quotas, and the resourcefulness to solve prospecting challenges creatively.
• A collaborative approach that thrives when working with fellow SDRs, marketing, and your manager.
