Role at a glance

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, with our office located in Portland, Oregon. You will be instrumental in driving our North American sales efforts by supporting our business development team and engaging directly with our clients.

Your impact

• Manage incoming North American leads in our CRM, determining the best path forward for each prospect.
• Collaborate on sales discovery meetings, prepare professional presentations, and draft essential contracts and quotes.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing software demonstrations and addressing their inquiries.

What you'll need

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should possess the following qualifications:

• One to three years of experience in a sales support or coordination capacity.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM and standard office tools like Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English, combined with a sharp, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• The ability to effectively showcase our Nx Witness software to potential customers.

Perks and compensation
