What you bring
In this internship, you will be a vital part of our growth by supporting our sales and marketing teams through hands-on operational tasks. This role is based in our North Hills, Raleigh, North Carolina headquarters, where we operate on a hybrid schedule. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Performing detailed account and market research to uncover new business opportunities and competitive insights.
- Driving lead generation efforts by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various outreach channels.
- Managing data integrity by performing accurate data entry and conducting analysis to track performance metrics within our CRM systems.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is currently a student and possesses a sharp, analytical mind. You should be comfortable interpreting complex data to generate meaningful insights and have a keen eye for detail to ensure our databases remain accurate. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. While not strictly required, any prior familiarity with CRM software will be considered a significant plus.
