We are currently looking for a creative and entrepreneurial individual to join our design team as we continue to scale our operations and maintain our reputation for high-quality, desirable fashion.

About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level RTW Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in supporting our design studio, helping to translate our artistic vision into tangible, high-end collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Design with daily operations, seasonal project planning, and the research of vintage or trend-based inspirations.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of seasonal design boards, digital assets, and technical documentation, including the setup of detailed tech packs for the technical design team.
• Collaborate across departments to prepare mock-ups, coordinate with the sample room for alterations, and provide support during fittings, style outs, and e-commerce photo shoots.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical skill and creative intuition. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate, with excellent hand-sketching and rendering abilities.
• A deep understanding of materials, trims, and the technical aspects of creating tech packs, with a preference for experience in tailoring, denim, or cut and sew.
• Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a high taste level that aligns with the luxury market.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
