Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior RTW Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Italy, where you will play a key role in bringing our seasonal visions to life.

Your impact

• Partner with the Head of Design to drive seasonal projects, from initial concept research and trend analysis to the creation of digital design boards.
• Manage the technical side of our collections by building and maintaining detailed tech packs, coordinating with the technical design team, and overseeing sketch annotations.
• Support the design process through every stage, including managing fabric and trim organization, assisting with fittings, and ensuring all samples are prepared for market and ecommerce shoots.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should be a highly organized professional with a sharp eye for luxury trends and a deep understanding of garment construction. We value candidates who bring the following:

• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate for high-quality sketching and rendering.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, trims, and the ability to manage tech packs across diverse product categories.
• A background in cut and sew, tailoring, or denim is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team.
• Fluency in English.
