What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior RTW Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the artistic vision of a high-growth brand.

What will you do?

• You will support our Head of Design with daily operations and seasonal projects, including conducting extensive trend and vintage research to inspire our collections.
• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining seasonal design boards, setting up technical packs for the tech design team, and ensuring all sketch annotations are accurate for sample production.
• You will partner cross-functionally to manage trims, labels, and fabric combinations, while also assisting during style outs and ecommerce photoshoots to ensure our deadlines are met.

To succeed in this role, you should have a high taste level and a deep understanding of materials and trims. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate, along with excellent hand sketching and rendering abilities.
• Proven experience in creating and managing technical packs across various product categories, with a preference for backgrounds in cut and sew, tailoring, or denim.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• A strong familiarity with the luxury market and current fashion trends.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience within the luxury fashion sector is considered a plus.
