We are currently looking for a talented individual to help us push the boundaries of what a role-playing game can be. Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior RPG Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Poland. You will be a key player in our worldbuilding department, ensuring that our upcoming projects maintain the high standards our global community expects.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of specific game areas, from the initial design of narrative and gameplay content to ensuring the final quality of the implementation.
- Craft logical, well-paced experiences by balancing dialogue, environmental storytelling, and situational flow.
- Collaborate across departments to review progress, incorporate feedback, and solve complex design challenges while keeping the player’s perspective at the center of every decision.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and ready to thrive in an agile environment. You should possess the following qualities and skills:
- A deep understanding of narrative pacing and the ability to anticipate player expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement creative solutions without unnecessary complexity.
- High digital literacy and the ability to quickly master new tools, including G Suite, Confluence, and Jira.
- A collaborative mindset that allows you to communicate effectively with various teams while managing the impact of your design choices.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with game engines, programming, or shipping narrative-focused titles is considered a major plus.
- A passion for RPGs, both as a player and a creator, and a familiarity with the unique style of Larian Studios.
