What is this role?
We are looking for an experienced RevOps Manager to join our fast-growing sales organization on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. This is a management-level position designed for someone with 6 to 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar capacity within enterprise software environments. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the systems, processes, and technologies that drive our revenue growth.
What will you do?
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, partner, and customer success teams to streamline revenue processes from lead generation through to customer retention.
- Own the administration and configuration of Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure data integrity, accurate forecasting, and efficient pipeline management.
- Manage and optimize our revenue technology stack, including Outreach for sales automation and Zendesk for customer support workflows, to ensure seamless data flow and cross-departmental visibility.

You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to align business goals with operational execution. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, including customization, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience managing HubSpot, Outreach, and Zendesk within a professional setting.
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools for financial modeling and forecasting.
- A solid understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Developer credentials, are considered a plus.
