We are looking for a Senior RevOps & AI Automation Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. At ECOZA, we operate as one of Germany’s leading data-driven eCommerce consultancies, where we prioritize an AI-first approach in everything we do. We are not looking for someone to manage IT infrastructure or build presentations. Instead, we need a builder who can create functional, high-impact systems that solve real problems for our team every single day. This is a hybrid role based in Germany, where you will have the freedom to build our technical infrastructure from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, APIs, and webhooks to replace manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop production-ready LLM-based workflows that handle complex tasks such as data analysis, content creation, and decision support.
- Optimize our CRM and sales tooling by structuring data from various marketing and customer interaction platforms to enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with automation tools including Make, n8n, APIs, databases, and webhooks.
- Demonstrable experience building and deploying productive AI workflows and agents beyond simple prompt engineering.
- Strong data engineering skills with the ability to structure and utilize information effectively for business growth.
- A product-focused mindset that prioritizes usability and practical application over technical complexity.
- Fluency in both German and English.
