The opportunity
We are seeking a Retention Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and help us scale our efforts across email, SMS, and loyalty programs. In this role, you will be the engine behind our lifecycle marketing, taking ownership of campaigns from the initial brief all the way through to deployment and performance analysis. You will play a vital role in shaping how our customers experience our brand, ensuring that every touchpoint is personalized, engaging, and effective at driving long-term loyalty.
A day in the life
- You will manage the end-to-end delivery of our lifecycle marketing campaigns, coordinating with our creative team to build briefs, review assets, and ensure everything is perfectly executed before it reaches our community.
- You will dive into data to monitor campaign performance, conducting deep-dive analyses to identify new opportunities for growth and optimizing our workflows through rigorous A/B testing.
- You will collaborate across departments, working closely with our development team to refine our marketing technology stack and ensuring our CRM and e-commerce integrations are running smoothly.
Who you are
You are an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly across teams and feel comfortable both leading initiatives and supporting the broader group. Your background should include:
- One to two years of experience in an email marketing role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce space.
- A solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics to track and report on your success.
- Familiarity with major ESP and CRM tools, as well as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with HTML/CSS or our specific tech stack, which includes Klaviyo, Shopify, Attentive, and Yotpo.
