Key outcomes

• Lead our retention strategy by managing key platforms including Klaviyo, Skio, and Okendo to optimize customer engagement.
• Design and implement sophisticated audience segmentation and automation flows to personalize the customer journey across email, SMS, and loyalty channels.
• Drive revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value through rigorous data analysis, continuous A/B testing, and strategic product recommendations.
• Develop compelling content and storytelling that fosters emotional connections with our community and builds long-term brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with our executive leadership and e-commerce teams to align retention efforts with broader business objectives.
• Oversee resource planning and budget allocation to ensure a high return on investment for all retention initiatives.
• Maintain strict compliance with federal and state regulations, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines, for all SMS marketing activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in retention marketing, specifically with a track record of scaling email and loyalty programs.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Skio, and Okendo.
• A deep, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable growth strategies.
• Proven success in developing multi-channel automation flows that enhance the customer lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for creative storytelling within the wellness industry.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, depending on your experience. In addition to the base pay, we offer a bonus structure tied to both individual and company performance. Our benefits package includes:
