The opportunity

We are looking for a Retail Specialist to take charge of the day-to-day logistics and operational health of our growing Retail Program. This role is a perfect fit for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys bridging the gap between data analysis and strategic execution. You will work closely with internal partners to design impactful reporting, manage program accounting, and refine our internal processes to ensure we remain agile and efficient. By transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights, you will play a key role in helping us optimize sales conversions and enhance the overall customer experience.

A day in the life

• Design and execute comprehensive reporting dashboards using Salesforce and other tools to provide stakeholders and partners with clear, digestible data.
• Collaborate with our Accounting and Lead Management teams to oversee dealer costs, program fees, and commission payout schedules.
• Analyze sales metrics, consumer surveys, and dealer feedback to provide strategic recommendations that increase conversion rates and reduce cancellations.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with a strong background in marketing or business operations. You communicate clearly, manage projects with ease, and have a sharp eye for detail. Your technical toolkit includes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful action items.
• Excellent project management abilities and a knack for process improvement.

Experience with financial accounting, retail operations, or the residential solar industry is considered a significant plus.
