We are the world’s leading professional skincare brand, dedicated to providing skin confidence to everyone through our support of aesthetic practitioners and skin therapists. We are currently looking for a motivated Retail Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Leatherhead on a full-time, on-site basis to help grow our business and enhance the user experience across our online retail partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly trade reports.
- Monitor digital marketing visibility and review product detail page assets across retailer websites.
- Manage and organize our asset bank, including uploading new product development assets to retailer portals.
- Coordinate house account orders and assist with gift-with-purchase copy and asset distribution.
- Track competitor promotional activity and monitor new product launch sales.
- Support the team with product data, including EAN numbers, copy, and cost of goods.
- Assist with asset resizing, design briefs, and social media support.
- Help prepare materials for brand review meetings and support team analysis.
Must-haves
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or marketing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A tenacious, driven, and motivated attitude toward business growth.
- Fluency in English.
