The role
We are seeking a Costco Roadshow Retail Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment. As the face of our brand, you will travel to various Costco locations to lead product demonstrations, share your excitement for our mission, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
Core responsibilities
- Execute engaging product demonstrations to showcase the performance of our tools and convert customer interest into successful sales.
- Manage the end-to-end setup and breakdown of our branded booths, ensuring all displays are clean, organized, and meet our quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and provide regular updates on sales results while acting as a professional representative of our brand within Costco warehouses.
Skills and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, with preference given to those who have worked in retail or Costco environments.
- A genuine passion for outdoor power equipment and the ability to communicate that enthusiasm to others.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a truck and 20-foot trailer to transport event materials between locations.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks like stooping or kneeling during booth setup.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends, typically following a 10-day event cycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English is required, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.
