We are looking for a dedicated Response Team Specialist to join our remote-first team and help us continue this important work.
Key outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Manage inbound inquiries and initiate outbound contact for web leads to educate families on our services.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess customer needs and schedule in-home care consultations for our franchise network.
- Meet monthly performance targets related to sales goals, call handle time, quality, and overall productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by listening attentively to client concerns and providing clear, persuasive solutions.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and service-related issues proactively to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Collaborate effectively with management, franchise owners, and internal staff to support the broader care network.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in phone-based sales, covering both inbound and outbound calling.
- Proficiency in using softphones and various CRM software tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect personally with callers.
- A stable home office environment with hard-wired internet providing at least 100 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speeds.
- The ability to remain focused and productive while working remotely.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior personal or professional experience providing care for an aging individual is highly valued.
Compensation
The hourly hiring range for this position is $19.50 to $22 USD. Beyond base pay, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
