Role at a glance

We are seeking a Research & Strategy Director to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a hands-on approach to driving company-wide strategy. The role is hybrid, and we welcome candidates based in the United States who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your impact

• Partner with our product, design, and data teams to synthesize user insights that directly inform our long-term product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Apply a hypothesis-driven approach to solve complex problems by balancing deep user behavior analysis with our core business drivers.
• Collaborate across functional boundaries with designers, engineers, and marketers to conceptualize and deliver high-quality, multi-platform applications while providing a business-focused perspective on design.

What you'll need

• Over 10 years of experience in mixed-methods research focused on B2C or B2B2C digital products.
• A proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and build a unified vision for user experience.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present your findings.
• A track record of navigating ambiguity while balancing technical constraints, business goals, and high design standards.
• Proficiency in data analytics to validate project KPIs and a strong desire to improve team workflows and research processes.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
