As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will step into a pivotal role where you own the marketing strategy and execution for our Mid-Atlantic region. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with the financial goals of our regional companies, ensuring every campaign is measurable and optimized for lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and the Regional Vice President to identify growth opportunities, troubleshoot under-performing areas, and implement data-driven solutions that improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze performance across all marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and digital advertising, while managing budgets and reporting on key metrics to ensure our initiatives consistently deliver results.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of analytical, creative, and project management skills. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing complex marketing programs, with preference given to those with a background in HVAC or in-home services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, and the Adobe Suite, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, allowing you to interpret data, summarize reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel within the region approximately 10% of the time.
What you'll get
