Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in King of Prussia, PA, that requires 10% travel to support our regional companies. You will be the primary marketing lead for your region, working closely with leadership to turn insights into action.

Your impact

• Drive regional growth by developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
• Optimize performance through deep analytics, managing budgets effectively, and pivoting strategies based on real-time data to maximize revenue and customer retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to troubleshoot under-performing areas and implement targeted solutions, while acting as a brand advocate across our family of companies.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in complex marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in HVAC or in-home services.
• Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and print advertising.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools and the Adobe Suite to create and manage high-quality content.
• A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Exceptional analytical and project management skills, with the ability to thrive under shifting deadlines and communicate data-driven recommendations clearly.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
