We are thrilled that you are considering a career with CMR Surgical. We are an innovative, rapidly evolving company dedicated to building a world-class medical devices organization. Our work centers on ground-breaking surgical robotics, and we pride ourselves on having a diverse, talented, and supportive team. Joining us means you will have the autonomy to make a real impact, and your contributions will be highly visible as we continue to break new ground in the medical field.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai, though you should be prepared for extensive travel across the AMEA region. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our corporate marketing strategy and our regional sales teams, focusing on demand generation and the creation of new market opportunities for our surgical robotics technology.
What will you do?
- You will oversee marketing initiatives across various countries, providing hands-on support for both digital and field-based activities while coordinating closely with our global marketing department.
- You will serve as the primary voice for your region in global marketing forums, ensuring that local feedback is integrated into our product and asset delivery processes.
- You will take ownership of critical relationships with key opinion leaders, working alongside our regional and sales teams to ensure our strategic messaging resonates effectively in local markets.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Medtech marketing, ideally with specific experience in surgical robotics or capital equipment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- A proven track record of success in marketing or sales within the minimal access surgical field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- The ability to seamlessly shift between high-level strategic planning and the day-to-day tactical needs of our customers.
- Proficiency in collecting and presenting data in an organized, efficient manner.
- A genuine passion for being in the field and a willingness to travel extensively to engage with clinicians and healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English is required, and prior experience navigating the diverse cultures of the AMEA region is highly valued.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our employees both inside and outside of the office. Our benefits package includes:
- A competitive salary.
- A performance-based bonus.
- Pension and healthcare coverage.
- An annual personal day to use however you choose.
- Enhanced global parental leave pay.
- Dedicated health and wellbeing leave to support you through significant life events, such as fertility cycles, pregnancy loss, menopause, or gender reassignment.
