What you bring
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will serve as an internal partner, managing the full lifecycle of our hiring process to ensure every candidate has a positive experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Developing recruitment materials and representing our company at job fairs and professional networking events.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. You should hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with at least two years of recruitment experience. A current Human Resources certification is preferred. You must be highly organized, capable of maintaining discretion, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Success in this role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a deep understanding of employment regulations, and the capacity to effectively use applicant tracking systems to manage hiring metrics.
