The role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to launch or advance their career in a fast-paced environment. Since this role is centered on business development, you will be an essential part of our growth strategy, helping us expand our reach and secure new partnerships.

Core responsibilities

  • Execute a high volume of outbound telephone sales calls to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by proactively engaging with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of activity through persistent outreach and effective B2B sales techniques.
