The role

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take full ownership of the hiring lifecycle. You will work closely with our HR Director and Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process for design, sales, and marketing roles. We value autonomy and a proactive mindset, so you will have the freedom to shape our sourcing strategies while working from anywhere in the world.

Core responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, taking candidates from the initial job kickoff all the way to a signed offer.
• Proactively source top-tier talent using LinkedIn and other platforms, focusing on building a high-quality pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
• Craft compelling job descriptions and outreach campaigns while maintaining candidate data and communication within our ATS.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least one year of recruitment experience, ideally within a startup or a high-growth company environment.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Ukrainian, as these languages are essential for our internal and external communications.
• Proven hands-on experience with sourcing strategies and LinkedIn outreach.
• A tech-savvy approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a professional, human-centered experience for every candidate.
