Role at a glance
We are hiring a Senior Python Backend Engineer on a full-time basis. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere, with English fluency required and French considered a plus.
Your impact
- Co-architect scalable Python backend systems that power real-time, mission-critical contact-center features used daily around the world.
- Partner daily with AI Operations, Product, and frontend teams to integrate new capabilities into both proof-of-concept work and customer-facing products running on our cloud-native platform.
- Design, document, and maintain internal and external APIs while championing code quality, automated testing, and Domain-Driven Design across every microservice you touch.
What you'll need
- At least six years of hands-on backend development experience, with deep expertise in Python and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven success designing and operating microservice architectures that handle asynchronous and real-time workloads.
- Strong command of testing methodologies, API design, and secure coding practices, plus the autonomy to drive problems to resolution.
- Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset, paired with excellent collaboration skills and fluency in English (French is a plus).
