About the Role

We are currently looking for a Publishing Manager to join our Mobile Publishing team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in launching successful mobile games and fostering strong, long-term partnerships with external developers. You will act as a bridge between our internal marketing, product, and analytics departments to ensure our games reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess high-potential mobile games that align with our publishing goals.
  • Negotiate beneficial partnership terms with external studios and developers.
  • Partner with our internal teams to analyze market trends and optimize game performance through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape and the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in mobile game publishing, business development, or partnership management, specifically within the Free-to-Play sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret game KPIs and identify market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building lasting professional relationships.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work from our office on a full-time basis.

Location

This position is based in our Bangalore office, where we prioritize in-person collaboration to drive our creative process.
