About the Role
We are searching for a Public Relations / Social Media Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position where you will play a key role in shaping our public image and social media footprint. You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies that boost brand awareness, foster engagement, and generate leads. Beyond managing our organic social channels, you will also collaborate on public relations initiatives, assist with executive communications, and help plan our event strategies for both virtual and in-person gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute organic social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Support our public relations efforts by drafting press releases, developing media pitches, and managing relationships with industry outlets.
- Create and curate compelling content, including industry news, thought leadership, and sales-focused materials, while tracking performance metrics to refine our approach.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We value candidates who are curious, experimental, and eager to learn.
- At least 2 years of experience working in B2B social media and public relations.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with and presenting to C-suite leadership.
- A strong grasp of social media algorithms and best practices for copywriting.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics is required, while experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with the healthcare technology industry is highly preferred.
