We take pride in our work and are looking for a Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will collaborate with our project managers, principals, and marketing professionals to develop compelling proposals and high-quality marketing materials. Key outcomes
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing efforts, from the initial pre-RFP stage through final submittal, including interview preparation and qualification development.
- Coordinate with senior management and internal teams to produce presentations and proposals that strictly adhere to submission requirements and deadlines.
- Gather essential information from internal clients and external consultants to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and comprehensive.
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for various business pursuits.
- Apply our corporate brand style guide to design effective, visually engaging graphics that distinguish our proposals in a competitive market.
- Maintain and update internal databases regarding project opportunities, staff resumes, and qualification materials.
- Support business development leaders in the creation of strategic communications and marketing collateral.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for grammar and detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and a dedicated commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and managing document templates.
- Fluency in the English language.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Previous experience working within the A/E/C industry.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint software.
- A portfolio showcasing your visual design capabilities.
