We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team and help us drive growth by crafting persuasive responses that showcase our value to potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire proposal process from initial production to final delivery.
- Partner with local teams to create comprehensive RFP responses that highlight our unique strengths.
- Research and draft high-quality content, including executive summaries, service descriptions, and case studies.
- Analyze RFPs in detail to ensure full understanding of client requirements.
- Edit and proofread all materials to ensure they meet our brand standards for clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain our internal proposal database and project profile library.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to keep our proposal content current and competitive.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in writing, communications, or marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in English, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proven background in business development writing, ideally within the security sector.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English.
