Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will take the lead on projects from their initial inception through to final execution. You will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, and scope while ensuring our functional teams stay aligned and deliver exceptional work.
Your impact
- Strategic Planning: You will partner with account teams to define project requirements, create robust workplans, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies to keep complex projects on track.
- Operational Excellence: You will oversee the day-to-day execution of work, holding team members accountable to quality standards and ensuring that all project documentation and status reports are accurate and up to date.
- Financial Stewardship: You will manage project budgets by estimating costs, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with account leads to handle scope changes and ensure our financial performance goals are met.
What you'll need
- Three to five years of experience in project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications sectors.
- Expertise in managing project budgets, complex timelines, and cross-functional resources.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues independently.
- A high level of organization and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A proven ability to mentor and train associate-level team members.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000, with adjustments made based on your specific location and market rates. Beyond the paycheck, we offer the following:
