The role

We are looking for a Senior Operational Project Manager to join our Creative Design department on a full-time, hybrid basis in Sweden. You will report directly to the Head of Creative Design and Production, playing a vital role in expanding our internal capabilities as we continue to scale. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys leading complex projects that span design, film, and digital production.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project lifecycles, including planning, monitoring, and controlling workstreams from the initial brief to final delivery.
• Manage the strategic and creative development process, ensuring that project scope, budgets, and timelines are clearly defined and met.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, communications, and design to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant project management experience within an advertising agency, production company, or in-house creative team.
• Proven expertise in managing design, 2D film, photography, and digital production projects.
• Strong ability to handle resource allocation, forecasting, and staffing for both internal and external talent.
• Fluency in English is required for this role.
• International experience is considered a significant plus.
• A proactive, confident approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
