Blend360 is looking for a Project Manager
We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join our team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent transition for high performers. You will play a key role at Blend360 by driving clarity and momentum across complex marketing analytics and measurement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of marketing analytics and Marketing Mix Modeling projects to ensure all deliverables meet our quality standards.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to keep our cross-functional teams productive.
- Create actionable project plans and track progress using Jira and other reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define priorities, manage timelines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical team members to manage risks and dependencies.
- Analyze sprint velocity and resource capacity to identify potential bottlenecks and improve overall workflow.
Must-haves
- Between 2 and 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong background in Project Management and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Jira to manage workflows and project tracking.
- Experience working within Marketing analytics environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
