We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our marketing team at Sollis Health. As the only medical membership offering on-demand, 24/7 concierge care, we provide our members with immediate access to ER-trained teams, on-site diagnostics, and expert care navigation across our locations in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and South Florida. In this role, you will report to our Creative Director and work closely with our Revenue, Operations, and Product teams to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. This is a hybrid position based at our New York City headquarters, requiring your presence in the office two days per week.
Key outcomes
- Develop and implement a robust project management framework to guide stakeholders through every project milestone.
- Define project requirements and resource needs while partnering with copywriters, art directors, and product managers to establish efficient workflows.
- Coordinate and lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams to ensure project success.
- Utilize Asana to track all deliverables and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks to project timelines and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate decision-making and manage trade-offs to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy.
- Proven proficiency in Asana.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to transparency regarding project milestones.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and negotiate agreements without relying on formal authority.
- Experience working effectively within an agile environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on your specific experience and background. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members, including:
