Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the Netherlands, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping our engineering success story. You will have the opportunity to work across domains like concrete, geotechnics, steel, and mechanical engineering while collaborating closely with a team of experts.

Your impact

• Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and innovation.
• Collaborate proactively within our design team, working alongside other engineers and modelers to develop creative, vakoverschrijdend solutions.
• Contribute to the technical substance of our designs, taking on a role that extends well beyond traditional project management.

What you'll need

• A degree in Civil Engineering at the university level or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience as a project leader, design lead, or advisor in geotechnics or construction.
• A strong passion for technical challenges and the ability to work in a versatile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and a solid working knowledge of English.
