The opportunity
We are looking for a mid-level professional to step into a role where you will own the design process from the initial spark of an idea all the way to the final walk-through. You will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring that our clients see their unique visions come to life through thoughtful, innovative design. By joining our team, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary group of experts, allowing you to refine your craft while contributing to high-end residential projects that truly stand out.
A day in the life
- You will dream up and present fresh, innovative landscape concepts that push the boundaries of traditional outdoor design.
- You will serve as a technical expert, guiding the team on the best plant selections, durable hardscape materials, and sustainable practices for every site.
- You will partner with our project team members to ensure that every detail of the design is executed with precision and care.
Who you are
You have a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to work with complex site conditions. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our studio:
- A Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in high-end residential design and build projects.
- A professional command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly and confidently.
- A Texas Professional Landscape Architect license is preferred, though not required.
- Fluency in English.
