We are looking for a Senior Project & Events Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Spain. At Holded, we are dedicated to making business management simple by creating intuitive software that helps entrepreneurs succeed. We believe that administrative tasks should never stand in the way of a great idea, and we are looking for a creative and committed professional to help us continue this mission.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the full lifecycle of partner marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring that every initiative meets its goals, stays on schedule, and remains within budget.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of events, including brand activations, tradeshows, and partner-focused gatherings.
- Handle all logistics and vendor relationships, which includes coordinating venues, managing technical requirements, and overseeing project budgets to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project or event management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several complex projects at the same time.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of video production is considered a significant asset for this role.
