Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be the primary point of contact for the engineering lifecycle of our projects, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and care.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of the engineering phase for conveyor and material handling projects, including managing schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, buyers, and customer service teams to ensure our designs meet strict customer specifications and project goals.
• Lead and mentor members of our engineering and purchasing teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with a working knowledge of Inventor being a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in the material handling industry, including a solid grasp of standard engineering concepts and practices.
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that allows you to work independently with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership and mentoring, paired with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
