Amperon is a technology company operating at the intersection of energy data and artificial intelligence. We specialize in building data management infrastructure and coherent AI and machine learning models that help utility companies improve grid reliability and accelerate global decarbonization. As we continue to develop the next generation of energy analytics, we are looking for a Programs Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a senior professional who can design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch comprehensive marketing programs that align with our sales goals, product releases, and specific customer segments.
- Take ownership of multi-channel execution, including account-based marketing, email nurture sequences, and search engine optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to produce essential marketing assets, such as landing pages, email content, and promotional materials, while monitoring performance metrics to optimize results in real time.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in campaign management, email nurturing, ABM, and SEO.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with essential marketing tools, including HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, and Moz.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Prior experience in the energy or power markets is considered a significant advantage.
