In this executive-level role, you will work directly with our leadership team to turn ambitious goals into reality, ensuring our marketing operations are as dynamic and effective as the services we provide to our members.

What you'll be doing

• You will partner with our CMO and leadership team to design and execute high-impact marketing strategies that align with our broader organizational objectives.
• You will take ownership of our marketing budget, managing daily financial operations and providing detailed performance reports to our management team.
• You will lead cross-functional projects by coordinating campaigns across departments like Sales, Product, and Legal while integrating new technologies and AI-driven solutions to keep our growth on the cutting edge.

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in marketing or sales, specifically with a strong foundation in financial and project management. We are looking for someone who has navigated business transformations and understands how to optimize profitability and sales funnels. Since you will be presenting to our Management Board and collaborating across various departments, your communication skills must be exceptional. You should be fluent in English, and if you have professional proficiency in German, that is a significant plus. A background in the tech industry is also essential for success in this position.
