This position is a stepping stone towards that aspiration or a leadership role at Hevo or another growth-stage company.You will work on cross-functional projects with the leaders across different departments on the most strategic initiatives for the company across key verticals such as marketing, sales, product, and engineering. The problems you will solve are not something any single function can solve.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive research and intelligence to enable logo and revenue acquisitionResearch and develop GTM packages for various use cases of the product by deeply understanding the market, product and JTBDs of the users/buyers.Craft compelling messaging and create internal documents to drive consistent messaging across the execution teamPlay an active role in translating the research and messaging into market-facing content and collateralActively contribute to content and campaign strategy by collaborating with content and demand teamsCollaborate with product and rest of marketing to craft compelling narratives to drive GTM efforts for acquiring and retaining customersEnable sales teams to improve win rates and reduce sales cycles with relevant and timely content for various stages of the buying journeyImprove the Effectiveness in Execution across the GTM OrganizationBuild a thorough understanding of all business areas - sales, marketing, product, and supportShadow the CEO, and determine the business's priorities through weekly meetingsIdentify opportunities to increase the leadership team and the company's effectiveness in executionDefine and Execute Special ProjectsWork with the leaders to identify strategic initiatives that have a high impact on business growthConceive, manage, and drive ad-hoc special projects that are cross-functionalWhat you’ll bring to the table
