What you bring

As a Senior Product & Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by owning the market performance in your assigned regions and bridging the gap between our product and marketing teams. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the go-to-market strategy for product launches in Italy, France, and Spain to ensure strong market impact and clear positioning.
• Driving product adoption and engagement by identifying and executing targeted marketing initiatives after the initial launch phase.
• Analyzing regional performance metrics to refine acquisition strategies and representing the unique needs of Southern European markets in internal discussions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in product, growth, or brand marketing, ideally within the fintech or SaaS sectors. You should possess a strong data-driven mindset and the ability to turn complex insights into actionable growth strategies. Proficiency in project management and stakeholder coordination is essential, as is a hands-on approach to navigating ambiguity. You must be fluent in English and a native speaker of Italian and/or French to ensure deep market resonance. Furthermore, you should be comfortable integrating AI tools into your daily workflows to boost productivity and campaign execution.
