We're building the first ecosystem made exclusively for small and medium-sized businesses, and we're looking for a sharp Product Owner to shape what comes next.
Role at a glance
Product Owner, full-time senior role, working in a hybrid model with four days in our open-plan Montreal office and one day from home.
Your impact
- Shape the vision for the Cubeler Business Hub and any future products tied to it, turning complex ideas into clear priorities that guide the entire team.
- Own the product backlog, roadmap, and documentation while running competitive monitoring and spotting new opportunities that keep us ahead.
- Drive product delivery by working closely with tech, data, UX, and UI teams, and partner with marketing to design engagement strategies that grow user value.
What you'll need
At least five years of experience as a tech Product Manager or Product Owner, with a proven ability to turn intricate features and flows into precise, easy-to-follow documentation. You bring strong business acumen, persuasive communication, and a creative, solution-focused mindset. Excellent written and spoken skills in both English and French are essential, along with the autonomy and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Experience with UX/UI wireframing, Figma, startups, or services for SMEs is considered an asset.
