We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team at IMO Health, a clinical data intelligence company dedicated to transforming the healthcare landscape. By combining advanced artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and deep medical domain expertise, we help organizations turn clinical data into actionable insights for better decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from initial concept through final delivery while managing the product backlog to ensure it aligns with our broader roadmap.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear epics and user stories for our development teams.
- Prioritize features based on a balance of technical feasibility, business value, and user needs.
- Partner with engineering teams to guide feature releases, address defects, and maintain high quality standards.
- Work alongside our UX team to integrate usability testing and ensure our designs remain customer-centric.
- Provide product training and updates to internal stakeholders while supporting technical service teams with escalated issues.
- Stay current on Agile and Scrum best practices, as well as the latest advancements in healthcare AI.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Product Owner within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to translate intricate requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for healthcare innovation.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience with healthcare solutions that utilize NLP or LLM technologies.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare data, clinical code sets, and the broader healthcare industry.
