The role
We are hiring a Product Operations Analyst on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will help scale deployments of our Special Activities and Information Operations products, ensure strong mission outcomes for customers, and lay the groundwork for future product growth.
Core responsibilities
- Deliver mission impact by understanding customer objectives, translating them into timely insights using our tools, and executing on those plans.
- Curate and communicate insights from generated data, applying geopolitical analysis and AI/ML tools to maintain high standards of rigor and relevance.
- Test new approaches to meet mission goals, refine operational processes, manage vendors, and integrate supporting technologies for our Special Activities and Information Operations products.
Skills and experience
- Four or more years of experience in intelligence or geopolitical analysis, software-supported data analysis, or customer success within defense or intelligence products.
- Strong grasp of geopolitical trends and current world events.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and drive meaningful improvements to operational processes.
- Background in national security analysis, polling or population data analysis, or media and social media analysis is preferred.
- Active security clearance, with TS/SCI preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000 plus equity. Individual compensation within the range is based on experience, education, and training.
