We are Bolster, an AI-driven platform dedicated to protecting brands from digital fraud. Our technology identifies and neutralizes phishing and impersonation scams across the web, social media, app stores, and email before they impact our clients. We partner with some of the world's most recognizable brands, and we are on a mission to eliminate digital fraud at scale. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who excels at transforming complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories to join our team.
What you'll be doing
- You will help define our product positioning and messaging by translating technical features into customer-centric language for our various marketing channels.
- You will support our go-to-market strategy for new product launches by collaborating with our product, sales, and demand generation teams to create launch content and internal enablement assets.
- You will produce high-impact content, including blog posts, solution briefs, case studies, and sales collateral, to drive awareness and support our lead generation efforts.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on product marketing and content creation. You must be a skilled writer who can craft engaging narratives from technical information. We are looking for someone who understands marketing fundamentals, such as buyer journeys and positioning frameworks, and who can manage multiple projects across different teams. Proficiency in English is required. While not mandatory, experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or AI is a plus, as is familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Figma, Salesforce, and WordPress.
