At Parachute Health we’re replacing the outdated paper-and-fax ordering system that still slows down post-acute care for millions of patients each year. Our platform connects hospitals, insurers, and suppliers so clinicians can order durable medical equipment in minutes instead of days, and we’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how that story reaches the people who need it most.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, mid-level Product Marketing Manager position. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
What will you do?
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that connects our platform’s features with the daily workflows of clinicians, suppliers, and payors.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Implementation teams to support new feature launches, from defining target audiences to measuring launch success.
- Create sales and marketing assets such as presentations, webinars, data sheets, and whitepapers while ensuring a consistent narrative across every channel.
What makes you a great fit?
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategy, or consulting. You bring strong analytical skills and can turn complex product details into messages that resonate with both decision-makers and end users. A proven record of successful product launches and go-to-market work is essential, along with excellent cross-functional communication. Experience in healthcare or software is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is required. All work is conducted in English.
What's in it for you?
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $135,000. In addition, we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, equity compensation, an annual company-wide bonus of up to 15 percent, flexible vacation, Summer Fridays, a monthly internet stipend, an annual home-office stipend, co-working space reimbursement, and an annual learning and development stipend.
