As a Product Marketing Manager, you will act as the essential link between our product strategy and our sales and marketing execution. You will serve as a product evangelist, guiding our Marketplace features-such as our skills engine, pricing tools, and matching technology-from initial launch to ongoing optimization. We are looking for someone who is ready to help us drive revenue and ensure that both buyers and providers have the best possible experience on our platform.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the primary owner and evangelist for our Marketplace product area, leading cross-functional go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define release scopes, timelines, and key performance indicators for awareness and adoption.
- Create comprehensive launch materials for both internal and external audiences, including pitch decks, release notes, FAQs, and sales collateral.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product marketing and a passion for B2B technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in product marketing, with at least two years spent in a market-facing role that involved customer presentations and market research.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.
- Strong project management capabilities, allowing you to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines effectively.
- A self-starting mindset and the ability to work autonomously while building strong relationships across various teams.
- Fluency in English.
